We're constantly reviewing our packages against our competitors and each time we review, we make sure we beat the competition 'hands down' when it comes to customer satisfaction.

We regularly upgrade the packages that we offer. All existing clients enjoy complimentary upgrades to the new packages when they renew.

This is something we take very close to heart and continue to improve on to an extremely high levels of customer satisfaction. Our reliability pledge ties in closely with our views on customer satisfaction. A customer isn't going to be satisfied even if they receive great customer support, loads of goodies but constant unreliability. We therefore place great emphasis on excellent reliability. We constantly perform hardware checks to ensure our hardware are all running at their best and if we need to will replace or upgrade any components neccessary.
