Bullet Do I have access to technical support 24 hours 7 days a week?
Yes, as our valued customer you are entitled to our technical support 24 hours, 7 days a week via email.
 
Bullet How long does it take for my account to be setup after signing up?
After signup an invoice will be send to you within 6 hours. Upon payment and confirmation your account will be setup within 24 hours.
 
Bullet Do you offer web designing and maintenance services?
Yes we offer web designing and maintenance services at a very special rate for our customers.
 
Bullet Do you place advertisements on customer's websites?
We do not place any advertisements on our customer's websites.
 
Bullet Do you allow hosting of adult websites?
Nope that is a big NO for us.
 
Bullet Can I host or relay live radio or live tv station?
Current this is not supported but it will be in the near future.
 
Bullet Do you offer dialup internet services and virtual private network access?
Sorry but we are not an ISP hence we do not offer such services.
 
Bullet Can I access my account using telnet/SSH?
Due to security issues this option had been disabled for all accounts.
 
Bullet If I wish to upgrade my current plan how can I go about it?
You can email to our sales team at sales@idebuggers.com or icare team at icare@idebuggers.com indicating your wish to upgrade your current plan. You will need to furblish them with your customer's account number as well as your NRIC/FIN number.
 
Bullet How can I submit a suggestion or claim?
You can do so by emailing to our icare team at icare@idebuggers.com.
 
Bullet What are the billing options available?
We current accept payment via the following options:
  • Interbank Fund Transfer/ATM Transfer
  • Credit Card/Paypal
Bullet How do I confirm my payment?
You can confirm your payment by visiting http://www.idebuggers.com/confirmpayment.php 
 
Bullet Do you accept USD instead of SGD?
Yes we do accept USD instead of SGD but do note that all fees incured during conversion will be handled by the customer.
 
Bullet Do you accept cash on payment?
Sorry but we do not accept cash payment.
